Dr. Mark Orsag earned a Ph.D. in European (Russian) History from Michigan State University in 1997. Since joining Doane University as a Professor of European History, he has published 11 scholarly articles and one book. He also developed a course on the history of cannabis and has deeply explored the relationship between higher education and the emerging cannabis industry.
