Baltimore to Stop Prosecuting Cannabis Crimes

State’s attorney Marilyn Mosby announced her office will no longer prosecute cannabis crimes and is attempting to vacate thousands of previous and pending cannabis convictions.
In states that have legalized cannabis for medical or recreational use, law enforcement agencies must coexist with an industry they have historically policed.
