Kentucky is set to open medical cannabis patient certifications on December 1 in preparation for launching the state’s medical cannabis program next year.
There is a rich history of hemp cultivation dating back to 1775 in Kentucky. Now, all cannabis products but CBD oil are illegal in the Southern US state.
