Judge Rules Company Must Forfeit Confiscated Hemp

An Idaho judge has ruled that Colorado company Big Sky Scientific must forfeit its 6,701-pound hemp shipment that was seized by Idaho State Police last year.
Idaho remains an anti-cannabis state. In 2015 the Governor vetoed a vote that would have legalized CBD oil in the state. By 2020 local farmers supported a hemp farming and distribution bill, which lost a narrow vote in the Idaho house. Idaho cannabis news and stories are featured below:
