Ukrainian health officials have released the list of conditions that will qualify patients for the country’s new medical cannabis program.
Epilepsy is a neurological disorder associated with abnormal electrical activity in the brain. The disorder can bring on loss of consciousness, convulsions, or episodes of sensory disturbance.
