Israel OKs Home Grows Under Cannabis Decriminalization Reforms

Under decriminalization rules passed April 1, adults in Israel will no longer be prosecuted for simple home growing and low-level cannabis possession.
As more states legalize both medical and recreational marijuana use, the need for decriminalization on state and federal levels is a growing concern. Cannabis is still a Schedule I substance according to federal law, and many states, even those with legal marijuana markets, can still charge individuals for possession of small amounts.
